Frank Fletcher

Frank Fletcher

Frank has been CEO of the Ellen MacArthur Cancer Trust since 2005, a national charity that works with young people, aged 8-24, inspiring them to believe in a brighter future living through and beyond cancer. Through sailing, outdoor activity trips and virtual year-round support, young people feel more positive, accepted, confident and independent as they start to look ahead to what’s possible and re-establish their place in the world.

Before his appointment at the Trust, Frank worked at the UKSA, a youth charity utilising the power of the outdoors to transform young people’s lives.

Mike Pratt

Mike Pratt

Mike has been CEO of Northumberland Wildlife Trust since September 2005. Before this, he spent 7 years at North York Moor National Park Authority as Head of Information, Education and Visitor Services. He has also worked for Cleveland County Council.

Judy Hills

Judy Hills

Judy currently works as Key Account Manager for the Woodland Trust and has been raising funds for charitable causes since 2003, including MND Association, Diabetes UK, British Red Cross and WWF Scotland. Previous to this, she worked for Virgin Retail Ltd and spent a year teaching Events Management at London Metropolitan University.

Rita Chadha

Rita Chadha

Rita has worked for more than 30 years in the charity sector and was previously CEO of the Small Charities Coalition, currently Co-Director of a charity providing emergency accommodation to women who have been trafficked and also Director of City Sikhs; one of the UK's leading national umbrella bodies for people from the Sikh faith.

Rita is a local councilor in East London, and a Trustee of the Project for the Registration of Children as British Citizens, Redbridge Rainbow Community, and London Air Ambulance.

Rob Flett

Rob Flett

Rob has spent most of his career working as a BBC journalist making radio and television news and current affairs programmes. For the past seven years he has been advising organisations on delivering successful media relations, corporate communications and stakeholder engagement strategies. In his spare time, Rob enjoys supporting his 2 boys in a range of sports, as well as finding time for cycling and hill running.
